To help maintain freshness, Woodbridge Farms packages every order special for you. All product is guaranteed fresh. We pride ourselves on only carrying product from the most recent growing season. No packaged product is stored in inventory. 

All orders ship either UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be provided and sent to the email used at time of ordering.

We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are packaged, processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, though there are exceptions. If we anticipate taking longer than usual to ship your product, we will reach out and give you the option to either keep or cancel your order, though this is very rare.

Please note that Woodbridge Farms is shipping a product that we can not control the quality of once out of our facility.  As such, we unfortunately can not accept returns or refund customers who order the wrong product or change their mind.  Woodbridge Farms fully and unconditionally guarantees every package we ship to arrive intact and as ordered. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace the package or issue a refund.  If anything other than what was ordered is shipped, we will give the option for either a refund, or a shipment of the correct product.  If the shipment has arrived and is stolen/removed from your delivery location, Woodbridge Farms is not liable for any associated damages.
